Elementary

9am - 12pm


Open to campers who will be entering the 1st grade - 6th grade in the next school year. Campers will rotate through every visual and performing arts session that is offered. With each class being 30 minutes, you can be sure your student will get an equal dose of learning and fun every day that will keep their attention and stretch their creativity. Based on registration, they will be placed in similar grade/age groups.

  • Instrumental Music - Includes instruction in basic music notation and rhythms while playing classroom percussion instruments. 
  • Strings- Includes instruction is basic violin and ukulele 
  • Vocal Music - Includes instruction in basic and healthy singing techniques. 
  • Theater- Includes instruction in stage presence and puppetry.
  • Visual Art - Includes exploration of a variety of art media of both 2-D and 3-D designs emphasizing creativity while making fun projects.

Middle & High School

1pm - 4pm

Open to campers entering the 7th - 12th grade in the next school year. Middle and High school students get the opportunity to choose a few focus areas. Spending quality time with their chosen classes will maximize their opportunity to work on their projects and hang out with friends. Alternate choices will be considered in the event of a schedule or other conflict. We will try to honor first choices as much as possible. 

Theater - Includes instruction in basic theater skills through improvisational games and fun activities. The audition process will be covered as well as mask making.

Visual Art - Includes exploration of a variety of  media emphasizing self-expression and interpretation.

Contradancing- We will spend one afternoon group dancing for a fun exploration of a specific type of group dance.

Storytelling and Puppetry- Includes creating characters through puppet construction and exploring storytelling.

Choir- Includes instruction in sight singing and learning the KY All-State choral piece.

Jam session- Includes playing with a variety of instrumentation to create a group ensemble.
